How to reach and beat Hua, the Bride
Most trophy requirements in Phantom Blade Zero are positional rather than mechanical: you are in the right region at the right moment, or you have cleared the preceding encounter. That makes the region list on this page the most useful part of it — the fight itself usually unfolds in a fixed arena once the trigger fires.
Check the region row above before you spend time searching for the fight. Several of these encounters are triggered by a story beat rather than a marker on the map, and a few only become available after you have completed the previous objective in the same area.
The Steam achievement names on this site are the official ones, copied from the Steam achievement list. Some trophy guides use different wording for the same entry — the Platinum is the obvious one — so alternate names are listed alongside.
Before you move on
This entry is not connected to a quest that can be lost. Most bosses in the game are safe to fight in any order — but the side quests are not, and eight of them fail permanently if you trigger the story past them. Check the missable quest list before you advance a region.

The fight itself is not missable — Scarlet Wraithblade is awarded the first time you win it. What can be lost is a side quest tied to the same encounter, which is flagged separately on this page when it applies.
Which region is Hua, the Bride in?+
Hua, the Bride appears in 1st region. The list on the boss page is sorted by the order the game introduces them, so you can walk the whole game top to bottom.
Does Hua, the Bride have a trophy on PlayStation too?+
Yes. Scarlet Wraithblade exists on both platforms. Some trophies are worded differently on PS5, so the page lists the Steam name, the PlayStation name and the name most trophy guides use.
