Phantom Blade Zero Collectibles — What to Pick Up for 100%
Eight achievements are pure collection and upgrade milestones: accessories, Memory Flowers, Sha-Chi Ambers, Black Stones, and weapon and Phantom Edge tempering and upgrades. None of them are missable, and all of them have generous margins.

The accessory count asks for 30 while the game hides more than 60, so that one is never a problem. Memory Flowers need 10 and each one regrows with two to six petals and raises your HP by 5 to 10%. Tempering needs 10 weapons and 10 Phantom Edges, and every weapon requires a unique material — the Soul Forge opens after your meeting with Myst in Pangzhen. Both weapon and Phantom Edge upgrades go to level 30.
