- Touch new bells to reveal nearby map detail and unlock return points.
- At a bell, open Traverse and select a destination you have already rung. Leave combat before trying to travel.
- If a route is blocked by a missing item or traversal tool, remember the branch and return after expanding your equipment.
- Review accessible Tales before moving to the next region. Keep a manual save at the start and end of each region.
Opening route checklist
- In Weeping Creek Valley, finish the Flesh Lily errand before entering Village of Lu.
- In Crimson Forest, check conversations and active Tales before continuing.
- In Village of Lu, revisit Old Man Gen after the tunnel rather than leaving his opening request unfinished.
- Before the late estate route, review ending requirements and save separately.
